Remember application window position

Beam always opens the application window centered, full height, and (approximately?) half the screen width. I would like it to either re-open the application window sized and positioned as it was when closed -or- provide that as a user-selectable preference.

Hello Ron Stewart, issue is fixed on our last release 0.16.0. 
Do not hesitate to have a look and come back to us if it is still reproducible.
