Dom: Hello Dom. In my use case, I frequently capture text from Outlook web. The link title is generic (I guess due to limitations of the OWA). I therefore put the context in its title of the link. This title is not searchable.

To be clear you are renaming the link but keeping it pointing to the relevant page?

Dom: Correct. I am renaming the link and keep pointing to the relevant page. The text within the (re)name is not searchable.

So in your example (I used the markdopwn syntax here to show it's a link):

"X about Y" does not figure in my search. "captured" does.

Also "capture" does not appear in the search. Are partial words intentionally excluded?

Ashish: When you say search, you mean in the omnibox or through a page search with Cmd F

Dom: I mean omnibox. I need to locate which note has the content that I’m looking for, and then I can use Cmd F. Please let me k ow in case I’ve misunderstood the search functionality.
