Would be great to have a fundemental feature of being able to download files from the internet, ie; pdf and etc. At the moment, we are not able to install files like that.

I am not sure I understand what you mean. 
You should be able to download any file you want with beam.
Would you mind giving an example of what’s not working for you?

Dom: I don’t know if Archit has the same issue, but I can’t drag out files from the downloads pop-up. I first need to open the downloads folder and only then I can drag the file to another application.
