Ya anyone reading this page mainly concerned about 1password... I was on 1pass 7 and had some frustrations, but recently downloaded version 8 and the universal login works great in beam

I still want this feature, but mainly for other extensions :)

This is the biggest one for me. While I figured I could survice without some of my chromium extensions, I did not expect how big of an issue not being able to use my password manager would be. There are, of course, other extensions I would like to use too.

FWIW, 1Password 8 works at the OS level outside the browser. So Cmd-\ should auto fill passwords in Beam as well.

Difficult to move from Safari to Beam until we support extension (at least 1password in my case)

Until we get extension support with 3rd party password managers this is a blocker for me. It is not conducive to my workflow to have to go to my PM to copy my password for any site I need to log in. I don’t want to dup my passwords into Beams password manager. excited for this browser but this is a must have feature before I continue looking at Beam

Plesae build out integration with 1Password, LastPass, etc - we don’t need another browser password manager - we have already chosen where we want to store our passwords, please don’t force us to create them in another browser password manager that weakens the security of our passwords

Can't wait for this! Not being able to use my password manager's extension is the only blocker to me daily-driving Beam.

I asked about this and it seems extensions wont be appearing in the shrot term but they say they'll get there eventually.
I gave them a list of my most used extensions in case they ever want to make sure at least some of them work and I also used Orion as a browser reference.
These are my most used extensions: Block Paywalls Clean (FF), SponsorBlock, Dark Reader, Vimium, uBlockOrigin, Enhancer for Youtube and Imagus.
