Hello Abhishek,
When in the journal, scrolling will show you all the days of you journal.
The bar on top references all the recently opened notes. They can be individual days if you clicked on a specific day in the Journal or specifically named notes.
But you can always access all your journal notes in the Journal section by scrolling down.

Dom: Yes, thanks a lot, got it..Since i dont journal every time on weekends, having those tabs created automatically on top without doing anything feels little chaotic to me.
