Hello Chaine, you can change the format of your link to an embed block with a right click on the link, then selecting "Show as embed" option.

Once it is an embed blocks, you can go back to a link or switch between both with the option on right side.

Rather than capturing the link of the video, you can use the PnS on the video directly to capture it directly as an embed (Opt+click on the video on the website directly)
